Our Staff
Rev. Randy LeBaron - Lead Pastor
Rev. Randy LeBaron is the Lead Pastor at AFMC and has served here since March 2004. His main roles are leading, preaching, and equipping others for ministry. A graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary, and currently working toward his doctorate at the latter, he has a passion for learning and, in particular, showing others how God's Word is relevant today. In addition to being a pastor and a student, he is also a husband to his wife Sheryl, and together they have four children: Ashlyn, Brendan, Madison, and Jillian.
Pastor John Keller - Connect Pastor
Pastor John Keller joined the AFMC staff in January 2009 as the Connect Pastor. His main areas of focus are connections, communication, and administration. A graduate of both Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary, he is passionate about seeing people get connected to God and each other through the church. John and his wife Amy had their first baby, Grace Makenah, in January 2010.
Jan Downey - Office Manager
Jan Downey is the Office Manager at AFMC, her church home for 20 years and counting. She is married to Grant. They have three grown children and four grandchildren.
